Yes, we have hundreds of unique items available in the Sea Turtle, Inc. gift store. We are continuously rotating new merchandise on our website, but if you do not see what you are looking for, email us to info@seaturtleinc.org.
Our website only shows items that we have in stock ready for shipment. When an item is temporarily out of stock, it is automatically removed from our website. As soon as it is back in stock it will show up again, so check back often!
If you need to return an item purchased online please email info@seaturtleinc.org or call 956-761-4511 option 7. We will gladly exchange your item or offer a refund if needed. Refunds will be credited via Shopify if an item is returned in perfect/unused/unworn condition up to 30 days after the purchase date. No refunds, exchanges or credits will be allowed after 30 days from purchase date. No refunds, exchanges or credits will be allowed on discounted items.
Our adoptions and memberships are sent separately from our gift shop merchandise. If you do not end up receiving all of the items you purchased within 3-5 business days from each other please feel free to give us a call at 956-761-4511 to check the status of your order.
